Sessions Information:

For each regular and PhD session paper, please allocate 15 minutes for the presenter, 10 minutes for the discussant, and 5 minutes for Q&A from the audience.

Each room will have a clicker and a laptop with PowerPoint, Acrobat, and internet. Each room will also have letter-sized laminated numbers for Session Chairs to signal presenters their remaining time. Although wifi will be available, we recommend presenters to bring their presentation on an USB key. Better yet, presenters and discussants should send their presentation to their session chair in advance.

Access to the Château Frontenac is restricted to guests and conference participants; wearing your badge will ensure easy access. As a reminder, meals and coffee breaks are reserved to registered participants.
